A sixth-grade student of mine, Jake Jacobs, has been out with his
family over the past month to track down my three Braintree boxes.

Yesterday Jake hid his own first letterbox at Spears Dam. I went out
this morning and had a real treat. I hadn't been to the dam in over
15 years, and it is quite nice, with a lovely 30-foot waterfall.
Jake's bearings and paces seemed right on!
